Important: being a trainer at Mijn Peergroep is not a “talk-only” role. You help the group move from intention to action — with clear boundaries, sharp questions, and follow-up.

What you will do

  • Facilitate peer group sessions with structure, safety, and focus
  • Strengthen accountability: check actions, name blockers, and safeguard follow-up
  • Facilitate feedback: sharp, respectful, and practical
  • Monitor and steer group dynamics (without dominating)
  • Help translate goals into clear, realistic next steps

Who we are looking for

You don’t need to be a “perfect coach”. We’re looking for someone who can hold the process and is honest about commitment and responsibility.

  • You are reliable: agreements are agreements
  • You communicate clearly and set boundaries when needed
  • You ask questions that create focus (not just “talk along”)
  • You can give feedback without making someone feel small
  • You safeguard both safety and results

What you can expect from us

  • Clear structure and frameworks to work within
  • Alignment and support from the team
  • Room to learn and grow your facilitation style
  • A culture where feedback is normal
  • The opportunity to help build a growing community
Core line: As a trainer, I safeguard structure, safety, and accountability, so participants don’t stay stuck in thinking — they start building.
